You know, I think these kinds of videos are REALLY helping me here. I'm only 17 years old and I'm already an independent artist making my own music. Been doing it since I was 15 in Oct 2022. I'm glad I've got all the control I can get, because a friend told me about this and he wasn't lying - most of these people have LITTLE to NO control over what they're doing when they sign to these labels. For example, we see a lot of artists promoting satanic stuff in the media - it could be that the labels WANT to make them do that shit despite the artist NOT wanting to do it because they KNOW it's wrong, yet either they do it anyway or they're dropped. One or the two. That's also why I dont listen to a lot of these popular musicians in the mainstream music industry. So, this is really making me think about this choice while I still have time, "Am I gonna sell all my control and rights over to Satan?" or "Am I gonna be independent and believe in myself and take control over what I do no matter hard it may get?" This video means so much. Thank you, and God bless. ❤

Base on my experienced. My Brother was a mayor in a small town in philippines and people love him so much. One big music event in our city in Cebu had more than 500k attendees, he ask all people on that event to stream my songs right away on spotify and we did, it was so fun and crazy.. on that night i had almost 2M streams in spotify and after few days spotify deleted all those streams from those real people coz their algorithm says it was a fake streams. Spotify is a deepSh#%*! They are killing artist not protecting or helping us… this is just so sad.

I don't understand the 14 day delay theory. On Spotify for Artists you can see results for the previous day showing things more interesting than impressions, like streams and new followers, and as far as I know that data doesn't update over 14 days, it just comes all the next day. So I don't understand why you wouldn't update your campaign settings based on that data. After 14 days you might waste half your money.
